Digital Products
Digital items aren't eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the work! Once you have access to the digital files, there's no returning them. If you are experiencing any issues with your order please reach out to me at shoyukia@gmail.com. I will help resolve any issues you may be having personally!

Stationery & Lifestyle products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please be careful before making your purchase and ensure you are certain about your order! If there is an issue with your product or you think your order has been lost, please contact me to resolve your issue at shoyukia@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. Please include photos with your refund request.
Lost packages
On occasion packages may get lost during delivery, once they are handed off to the post office it is out of our hands. If you suspect your package may have gotten lost in the mail, please reach out to shoyukia@gmail.com. We will resolve this issue as soon as we can.
